No, really. Really, it is. I've had enough false starts and this time I think I'm going to do it. I've finished the novel and have begun a search for an agent (hence the banner at the top), and am going to do some posts regarding updates for that. Don't forget, I have a new EP out on iTunes, "Heartbreak Superstar." You can purchase it through iTunes here.

Updates

Well, it's about time I updated the ol' blog. I'm still not sure how happy I am with it, but for the time being, this will have to do because I'm too exhausted tonight to worry about any more of it. For a while, I was debating whether or not I should up and leave the BlogSpirit community because MySpace was just so much more addictive. But then, there's something nice about the actual blog format that I've really enjoyed. Plus, I wouldn't want to lose the six readers I have on this blog by switching over to a "sellout" blog site like MySpace. Also, there's the added thing that I don't want to lose over a year's worth of blog posts (including pics and the like). So, I will find new ways to update the BlogSpirit site for a while and we'll see where the blog road takes me. Thanks for your patience.

Technorati Tags: MySpace, Blogging, Blog

Check Out My Article on TheOoze.com
Hey! I think Xanga's day has certainly come and gone, and I have some problems with Xanga anyway. I do happen to like my blogspirit account because anyone and their mother can post on it. Although I tend to find most MySpace-related stuff bland and boring (by that, I mean the layout and the look - not necessarily the content). Also, MySpace seems to be so "trendy" and yet I see a lot of people I wouldn't necessarily consider "trendy" on MySpace, so perhaps it's more than that.

I don't like that one MUST be a member to post on MySpace, but then again, I guess that's another way Rupert Murdoch makes publicity. (Murdoch also owns a tiny little news company called "Fox News" if you didn't know, so I think he does okay for himself.)

MySpace blogging? Hmm. Have I completely sold out? Perhaps, but I'm tired of posting to three different blogs.

MySpace I think it is, then. Don't worry. I'll still keep this one for a while. By the way, my MySpace address is myspace.com/bryanthompsonblogged.

(Thanks, you've all witnessed my indecisiveness at its best and have helped me make a very important life decision.)

And Bryan Tweaks the Layout Again

Well, I hope you enjoy the new layout. I worked on this one early this morning and I like it so far. For one thing, there's the Flash banner at the top. (If you don't have flash, get it here.) I might tweak that a little more. Also, I switched the side panels and put my profile info on the left with the comment stuff on the right. Let me know what you think.

Technorati Tags:: web design, blogosphere

Learning the Technorati

So, I'm figuring out what power the great blog-search engine Technorati is and how it works with pathetic blogs like mine. So, here's trying for Technorati links below.

Technorati Tags:: Technorati, blogosphere
